We have been members of Crossroad Community Church for about five years. Over these years we have been active with Children’s ministry, Teen’s ministry, a part of the Praise team and also active in the Women’s/Men’s Ministry. We have been married for six years. Over the past couple of years, we've faced trials in the world of fertility. We've lost two babies to miscarriage. Though the trials have been tough, we have kept our faith in God’s sovereignty. In May of 2009, we found out we were expecting again. Mother and baby seem to be healthy and right on track, praise God! Baby is due in February 2010. We've learned that God always hears our prayers, though it may not always be His will to answer them on our time- if it is His will to even answer that particular prayer at all. Philippians 4:6-7 (NIV) “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Tony is currently a junior at Crossroads Bible College in Indianapolis where he is working on a BA in Youth Ministry. After graduation his hope is to pursue a Masters Degree. Patty is a secretary. In our free time we like to read, play music, camp, take trips to Brown County, and enjoy the company of our cat, Freddy. |
