We both rededicated our lives to God and were baptized in June 2005. It has been a blessing to have a husband who supports and encourages my walk with the Lord. Our blended family consists of our children, Marissa, Christin, and Ian; grandson, Kaden and the family dogs... Nacho, Nelson, Nemo and Miss Paisley! I enjoy spending time with them all. I also spend some Saturdays helping transport rescue dogs to their new homes. God has given me a heart for animals ("But ask the animals, and they will teach you." Job 12:7)! Nacho, Nelson, Nemo and Paisley never fail to help me see the purity in all of God's creatures! God continues to teach, humble and lead me everyday. It is only by His grace that I am able to offer the gifts He has given me to this body. He continues to reveal Himself to me in so many ways and I seek to be in His presence daily. "This is the day that the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it." Psalm 118:24 is very important to me. It is a daily reminder that He created the day that has been put before me. And... Philippians 4:4-7 "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
